Job Description

PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting a leader in medical glove manufacturing. We are looking for a Plant CSR (Associate-level) who will be responsible for leading, organizing, and coordinating CSR programs to align with the company‘s policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing policies, programs and procedures related to employee relations.
Supporting local crisis management governance and managing HR angle of crisis in collaboration with key stakeholders like the Country Chair, RE, Health and Services.
Ensuring that the plant complies with all the ILO &, labor laws, and legal and commercial needs.
Collaborating with HR experts to ensure a solid knowledge of labor practices and standards, and to keep up to date with the external news and development.
