Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities Lead accounting processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and analyze Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement). Oversee monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, and accounting records. Coordinate internal and external audits. Lead tax management (federal, state, and local taxes) and ensure regulatory compliance. Analyze financial variances and present strategic reports at local and corporate levels. Develop and lead the team in charge. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Previous experience as a Controller or in a similar role within an industrial environment. Strong knowledge on NIF and tax regulations. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AX, or similar).
