ROLE SUMMARY

This is an Onsite position based at our Allen Plant location in Gastonia, NC. 

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to oversee the finance operations of a $M plant located in Gastonia, North Carolina. The Plant Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the manufacturing facility to enhance profitability, efficiency, and fast-paced environment in a matrix organization structure. The Plant Controller will be an integral part of the plant leadership team responsible for managing all financial aspects of the plant's operations, providing strategic insights, and driving financial performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, costing, profitability & financial analysis, and manufacturing operations.
