Plant Controller

Description We are looking for an experienced finance leader to step into a Long-term Contract Divisional/Plant Controller role supporting a sophisticated aerospace and defense manufacturer in Chatsworth, California. This position will provide critical leadership during a post-acquisition period, bringing discipline to accounting operations, strengthening financial reporting, and guiding technical accounting decisions in a complex manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on, partnering with leadership and advisors, and improving financial processes in a fast-moving environment.
