Job Description

Plant Controller
The Plant Controller supports operations through FP&A and accounting leadership including close, budgeting, reporting, audit support, compliance, SOX, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Review key GL accounts; investigate variances vs. history and budget.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and subsidiary ledgers monthly.
Support month-end/year-end close, cash flow reporting, and executive financial/KPI presentations.
Coordinate audit support with the CFO; prepare workpapers and reconciliations.
Maintain fixed assets, depreciation, disposals, lease accounting.
Help improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls; provide team backup as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5 plus years progressive finance/accounting experience...
