We are looking for a Garden Centre Plant Manager the Ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading a successful multi-million-pound plant department, as well as experience of running the wider garden centre to support the GCM and AGCM. The candidate will be responsible for all KPI measures, including sales growth, waste, and stock loss, as well as all maintenance, business building/planning and health and safety compliance. They must have a passion for developing and coaching to ensure the future success of the department, through highly motivated, knowledgeable colleagues.

The Candidate must have experience in managing large teams and will be accountable for colleagues within the plant team. Expectation is to work any 5 days in 7, (including weekends) depending on the needs ...
