Planning & Warehouse Manager

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM8,000-RM12,000 (negotiable based on experience)

This role is suitable for candidates with strong experience in production planning, warehouse management, inventory control, logistics and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production planning based on customer demand, forecast and operational capacity
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, WIP and finished goods
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch
• Manage logistics, transporters and 3PL service providers
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation
• Improve warehouse layout, storage utilization, SOPs and work instructions
• Prepare and analyse planning, inventory and supply chain performance reports
