Job Description :

Report to: Plant Logistics Supervisor

• Update the material master in the system SAP
• Communicate with SC for demand, sales forecast as well as challenge the sales gap, forecast accuracy, abnormal sales…
• Make master planning schedule and production plan
• Make material planning and purchase order
• Make the Logistics report like PCT, release, receipt, weekly and monthly inventory, short self-life items.
• Calculate the MPS, MRP.
• Follow up and action on the material and finish good delivery as plan.
• Set up and create code as well as master data in the system SAP.
• Every month meeting with Supply chain to capture the demand as well as forecast to make the master planning schedule with consideration of man power and machine capacity accordingly.
• Weekly meeting with production to make the weekly plan, monthly plan due to the master production plan with suitable manpower and mach...
