Planning Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead merchandise planning for Seed Heritage across Apparel and Accessories. You’ll drive commercial performance, owning budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and trading decisions, while leading the planning team. This role partners closely with Creative, Buying, Retail, Digital, and Logistics to deliver business goals and grow market share across our multi-channel business.
 
THE ROLE:

• Lead and develop a high-performing Merchandise Planning team, driving capability, engagement and results
• Own and deliver end-to-end merchandise planning strategy, including sales, margin, OTB, markdown and inventory targets
• Develop and manage seasonal and annual budgets, forecasts and trade plans, identifying risks and opportunities
