Job Description

The role

offers flexibility in location and exposure to nationally significant work, with a strong focus on early contractor involvement (ECI), major roading, and complex delivery environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support cost forecasting, budget control, and cost reporting during pre‑contracts and early works phases

  • Develop and maintain construction programmes, reviewing and optimising for risk mitigation

  • Provide controls input into ECI and early engagement projects, including option analysis and delivery scenarios

  • Work closely with estimating, commercial, and construction teams to ensure alignment across cost and programme

  • Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and scenario testing

  • Maintain high standards of project controls governance, accuracy, and transparency

  • Use project controls systems effectively, preferably CCS Candy, to underpin forecasting and p...
