Job Description

Job Summary:
The  will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all phases of solar EPC projects to ensure timely completion, resource optimization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to project planning, strong analytical skills, and expertise in project management tools to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.
Define the work breakdown structure (WBS) and sequencing of project activities.
Create baseline schedules for all project phases, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes.
Identify delays, risks, and resource bottlenecks and propose corrective act...
