Planning Engineer (Infrastructure)

• Review the Contractor’s Baseline Programme, Revised Programs, and Recovery Programs for compliance with the contract requirements.

• Verify logic, sequencing, durations, resource loading, cost loading, and critical path against drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Check that the programme correctly reflects key milestones, sectional completions, interface dates with authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, Etisalat/du), and contractual constraints.

• Recommend approval, conditional approval, or rejection of the Contractor’s programme to the Resident Engineer.

• Monitor actual progress against the approved Baseline Programme on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Verify the Contractor’s progress percentages, S-curves, earned value...
