Role summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for infrastructure and civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, and related works.
The role involves project planning, progress tracking, delay analysis, and coordination with site and commercial teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Develop baseline programs, resource-loaded schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Define project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily/weekly/monthly progress against the baseline schedule.
Conduct delay analysis and identify potential risks affecting timelines.
