Planning, Controlling and Reconciliation Manager- Insurance Experience

General Duties Assist in managing and maintaining the business planning and budgetary process including budgets, capital expenditure, budget monitoring and reforecasts / run rates. Ensure that the company has effective financial systems, controls, and processes in place and that these are used throughout the company. Assist in preparing documentation and reports for audits and regulatory reviews. Assist in the Coordination, development and update of written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process. Collaborate with Reporting and Tax to churn out high-quality and timely reports to meet deadlines for financial reporting. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Ensure appropriate operational procedures are put in place for efficient operation and monitoring of the finance department to ensure that SLAs with the business are met.
