Planning Control Specialist

The Planning and Control Specialist will provide accurate cost estimation, quantity take-off, budgeting, and contract administration support throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring alignment with PPA standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation and Budgeting

• Prepare detailed cost estimates (preliminary, definitive, and control budgets) for civil, structural, marine, and electromechanical works.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for quantity validations and cost inputs.
• Benchmark pricing based on current market data and PPA cost norms.
• Prepare and update the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with PPA and international standards.
• Analyze life cycle cost, contingencies, and escalation allowances.
