Planning and Project Management (Team Lead)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the PM&M officer/s in the performance of their duties.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and management of the aircraft, engine and components maintenance requirements of fleet.
• Ensure project set-up, ramp-up, execution and closure within time, cost and quality/performance/strategic requirements.
• Ensure project management disciplines: allocation of resources, cost/budget, elaboration, monitoring and control of projects schedule, project monitoring and control, management of risks/opportunities and change, necessary documentation.
• Responsible and alignment of projects: maintenance program, engineering, manufacturing, finance, IT, including suppliers when relevant.
• Forecast the schedule for aircraft maintenance requirements in accordance with aircraft configuration & Airbus Helicopters Maintenance Program and constant adjustment of workload hangar space and feasibility and...
