Role Overview

• Coach project teams on planning and scheduling best practices to build internal capability
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with DPR, trade partners, designers, and stakeholders to align sequencing, manpower, durations, and milestones
• Create the contract (baseline) schedule and manage ongoing updates, incorporating subcontractor input as needed
• Support planning across all phases—preconstruction, design, bid/buy-out, long-lead procure...
