**Day to Day Responsibility**

+ Collaborate with sales, business development , product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities..
+ Monitor and analyze demand trend to adjust forecast and plans proactively.
+ Work with production planner to ensure the production schedule is aligned with customer requirements.
+ Proactively identify potential material shortage and develop mitigation plan to prevent production disruptions.
+ Develop and maintain KPI for inventory turns, lead time performance and slow moving mitigation plan

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, purchasing management or relevant field, MBA is preferred.
+ 5 years working experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.<...
