Planner

Job Description

+ We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations within our rapidly growing project. The Planner will coordinate materials, work closely with engineers, planners, and warehouse teams, and support the production schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.

+ Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.

+ Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

+ Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.

+ Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.

+ Coordinate with warehouse teams directly and support Kanban processes.

+ Utilize the Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits to ensure continuous workflow.
