Planner - Production and Material Planning

Material Planning (Buyer) Responsibilities

• Responsible for raw material replenishment. Maintain supply visibility of minimum 3 months.
• Secure delivery confirmation from suppliers for all PO.
• Expedite material deliveries to support production & customer orders.
• Bottleneck & allocation management for materials in critical shortage.
• Ensure integrity of master data & parameters in SAP & add*ONE system to enable automatic MRP planning. Drive Purchasing to maintain Purchasing/Vendor master data that is relevant to MRP run.
• Manage material auto replenishment within warehouses via mini macro & min-max setting.
• Track & monitor supplier delivery performance (SSL3) & define improvement measures.
• Track, monitor & manage material phase-in/out resulting from Engineering changes, product/material EOL, etc. Adjust material planning according to product & m...
