What You Will Do
Managing the time, materials, and equipment’s availability, clearly know each process situation.Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.Closely monitor backlog and adjust plan if there is any abnormal issue on demand, production, material, quality, etc.Keep the reasonable stock level within target.Data analysis in both planning CRD/MPD, DSI, S&E, overdue and production POEE/MMRWork with operation to Maintain schedules according to MPS plan.Analyze historical run rates and associated inputs to define or refresh machine capacities.Identify and update production capability (minimum run rates)Review and update scheduled on production calendar accordingly.Identify risk mitigation options to reduce gaps between...
