Role Overview

As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis. You will be responsible for all planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for the assigned project, ensuring Total Mobile is always up-to-date, logging new jobs, arranging resident contact for Validation and Post Inspection Surveys, allocating job codes to Site Managers, responding to client queries, generating letters to residents, monitoring shared inbox, prov...
