The Role: Planner

What You’ll Do:

• Fulfil customer commitments through well-coordinated and expedited production planning.
• Establish production schedules in close collaboration with work cell team members, ensuring effective coordination and follow-through to keep production on track.
• Work closely with the Buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials while meeting quality and cost requirements.
• Monitor inventory movements for semi‑finished and finished goods.
• Collaborate with the Project team/Industrial Engineering on long‑term planning to meet customer demand, including recommendations related to capital equipment purchases, floor layout changes, production methods, and material handling improvements.
• Ensure backflushing is completed by responsible personnel, and review work order variances before closing. Highlight any abnormalities.
