Planner - Buyer (ABSI)

Responsible for planning and purchasing raw materials with suppliers to meet the production plan required to satisfy customer demand. Also responsible for creating and monitoring production plans that align with customer needs. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure that sales objectives are met.

• Develop production plans with a four-week visibility, ensuring alignment with customer demand.
• Plan and purchase raw materials with suppliers to cover the production plan.
• Monitor sales order shipments to prevent late deliveries to customers.
• Track the progress of production plans.
• Prepare and present reports on on-time deliveries.
• Generate reports on Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall analysis.
• Negotiate “pull-ins” and “push-outs” of sales orders with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
