Planner (32 hours per week)

About the role

As a Planner (32 hours per week), you’ll coordinate both responsive and planned repair activities, ensuring operatives are scheduled efficiently to deliver a high-quality service to customers. You’ll manage and optimise diaries, prioritising work based on urgency, availability and location, while keeping appointments on track and within agreed timescales.

This is a part‑time position of 32 hours per week, worked across Tuesday to Friday.

Working closely with operatives, supervisors and customer teams, you’ll act as a central point of contact – keeping repairs on track, managing changes and any outstanding work, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

This is a fast‑paced role where strong organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills are key to delivering an efficient, customer‑focused service every day.
