Planing Officer, Student marketing & Recruitment

Responsibilities

As Planning Officer for the EIT Urban Mobility Master School Office, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and developing marketing and student recruitment in close collaboration with the European consortium, Aalto’s Learning Services, and Aalto Communications Services. Your primary goal is to increase the number of students in the EIT Urban Mobility Master School without compromising on quality.

• Prepare a marketing plan and coordinate marketing measures in collaboration with the EIT Urban Mobility communications team.
• Plan and design marketing materials.
• Track applicant leads.
• Coordinate student ambassador activities.
• Maintain visibility and update information in education portals.
• Plan and execute applicant newsletters and webinars.
• Produce and maintain content for the EIT Urban Mobility Master School website and social media accounts.
