Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling production via SAP to maximize plant efficiency and profitability while meeting/exceeding service expectations of customers for molding area.

• Review demand and create production schedules on primary and secondary operations to meet/exceed service expectations.
• Act as primary communicator to sales and customer support around orders and lead times.
• Follow production to accomplish the production schedule.
• Maintain planning transaction in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels and focus on meeting monthly inventory targets.
• Escalate and follow up tooling and equipment issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Industrial Engineering or any engineering related career.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
