Places Supervisor

The Workplace Supervisor provides a pro-active, efficient, and effective workplace operations / management and health, safety, and security service in the site, ensuring high standards are maintained to enhance the customer and employee experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assisting the site in project management, cost optimization, contracts management and implementing business expansion plans.

Responsible for the workplace management of the site, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and resolution of issues quickly and effectively to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees Liaise with the Site Director and PH HR Director, providing proposals for all existing and new facilities contracts, in order that consistency is achieved, and budget and expenditure is managed.
