PL - IT Operations Senior - Engineering Enablement (40567)

Key Responsibilities:

•    Provide end-to-end operational support for a highly available data provider application
•    Design, implement and improve automation solutions to streamline daily operational tasks and drive these solutions to production
•    Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues using a methodological approach, with a focus on identifying recurring problems and detecting patterns
•    Collaborate closely with developers and demonstrate experience with DevOps practices
•    Take full ownership of the operational aspects of the application, ensuring reliability, stability and performance

Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility for end-to-end operations
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL/stored procedures, and ETL processes and tools (preferably IBM DataStage)
