Piping Design Technician Senior

The Senior Piping Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality piping engineering design for state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. The role involves leading design efforts, ensuring technical accuracy, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating across disciplines

Key Responsibilities
* Design & Drafting: Develop detailed 2D/3D piping designs using AutoCAD, CAD Worx, Revit, and/or Navisworks; prepare vendor drawings and design estimates
* Project Management: Manage schedule and technical quality of assigned tasks; recognize and communicate scope/design changes promptly
* Collaboration: Work with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and other disciplines to ensure design feasibility and compliance with client requirements
* Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentor junior piping designers
* Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D modeling software; experience with Navisworks and Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel)
