Pipefitters — Norwegian Shipyards (4 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off)

About the role

Soprana Personell Norge is hiring experienced pipefitters for shipyard work along the Norwegian coast. Steady rotation and an all‑in package — accommodation, flights, working clothes — and a competitive wage for skilled industrial labour in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect piping systems on shipyard projects (newbuilds and refits)
• Work with hydraulic fittings and connections, including Ermeto (Parker) systems
• Carry out prefabrication and on‑site assembly to drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with welders, electricians, and other trades on the build team

Qualifications

• Trained pipefitter with solid hands‑on experience
• Experience with Ermeto (Parker) hydraulic fittings and connector systems
• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Norway
• Willingness to work a 4‑weeks on / 2‑weeks off rotation, with 48–54 hours per working week
