Pipe Layer

Straight-Line are hiring an experienced Pipe Layer to start on a site in Newport.
The ideal Pipe Layer:
This role is pipelaying at a depth of 3.5 meters
* Must have a Blue CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks or Pipe Laying preferred)
* Must have proven experience in deep drainage and all aspects of pipe laying
* Must have Confined Spaces Ticket
* Must be able to read and work from drawings and levels
* Local to Newport or within a reasonable commuting distance

Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience.
Duration: 20 weeks
Start Date: 6th July 2026
Please note: We are also looking for an experienced Drainage Gang consisting of a 360 Operator, Pipe Layer, and Groundworker.
