Manufacturing Production Workers

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, and packaging.
• Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience; vocational or technical education may be required.
• Works under moderate supervision.
