Pile Driver Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving machinery such as diesel hammers, hydraulic hammers, vibratory hammers, and cranes
• Drive piles (concrete, steel, or timber) to required depth and alignment
• Read and follow construction plans, drawings, and instructions
• Conduct daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with site engineers and signalmen during lifting and driving operations
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
• Report equipment issues, delays, or safety concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pile Driver Operator, Crane Operator, or Heavy Equipment Operator
• TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation or related certification
• Knowledge of construction safety standards
• Physically fit and able to work in construction environments
