Job Title: Pilates Instructor (Reformer & Mat)

Location: Ekyana Wellness

Reporting To: Centre Manager

To conduct safe, structured, and effective Pilates sessions (Reformer and Mat) aligned with client goals and Ekyana’s wellness programs. The role focuses on movement quality, posture correction, mobility, and core strength , integrated within a broader preventive health framework.

• Conduct one-on-one and small group Pilates sessions
• Deliver Reformer-based sessions (if certified) and Mat Pilates
• Ensure correct form, alignment, and controlled movement
• Modify exercises based on client fitness level and limitations
