Picking Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Picking Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing the Picking department. After a branch places an order, the Picking department is responsible for picking the requested quantity, packing the order, printing a label with a routing number and sending the product to the Sortation department. You will motivate and provide leadership to team members to ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely, accurately, efficiently and on time.
