**Job Title: Shipping Picker**
**Job Description**
This role supports daily shipping operations by accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for outbound shipment. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility and handle physical tasks throughout the shift while using basic computer systems and scanning tools to ensure orders ship correctly and on time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick parts and materials for customer orders based on instructions provided through the computer system.
+ Accurately pack items into boxes to ensure safe, secure, and damage-free shipment.
+ Label packages correctly according to shipping and carrier requirements.
+ Verify order accuracy before shipment to maintain quality and reduce errors.
+ Assist with loading trucks and moving materials within the shipping area as needed.
+ Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials.
