Physiotherapist

A Physiotherapist(Grade II) is a licensed healthcare professional who assesses, diagnoses, and treats physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities through movement-based therapies and rehabilitation. He/She contributes confidently to clinical operations and supports junior colleagues.

• Independently manage diverse caseloads, including post-operative, neurological or musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient
• Adapt care plans with sound clinical judgement
• Participate in service development and departmental initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to entry-level therapists or students or therapy assistants
• Demonstrates teamwork with providing efficient cross-coverage
• Implement and document the following:
  • initial assessment
  • reassessments every 6 monthly for maintenance and 3 monthly for active rehabilitation
