This role involves comprehensive physiotherapy services for patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Identify physical issues and treatment methods for patients using available evidence
• Ensure vital signs are normal before proceeding with procedures
• Build treatment plan and goals based on physical diagnosis for each patient
• Offer various physiotherapy modalities such as superficial and deep heating, cold and hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, and other techniques
• Periodically evaluate the physical condition of patients and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Schedule and inform patient appointments and coordinate insurance documentation
• Prepare insurance claim forms and manage monthly departmental collections
• Formulate home exercise programs for patients to continue treatment at home
