Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients.
• Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment.
• Deliver exceptional treatment to clients.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress.
• Communicate with appropriate referral sources.
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
