Position Highlights:

• Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice
• Location: Initially 1 E County Line Road, Sandwich IL 60548 -then 88 W Countryside Parkway, Yorkville IL 60560 (April 2027)
• Full Time - direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year for full-time status. 36 patient care hours. Rotating on call schedule.
• Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR
