**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategies to cultivate and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and practices within a defined geographic territory. This position supports patient volume growth by assisting in maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services throughout the AHN network. The individual assists in the planning and execution of outreach initiatives targeting employed and independent physicians, as well as other key referral sources within the targeted market, contributing to the alignment, growth, reputation, and overall success of our healthcare system.
