Physician Recruiter

You will be responsible for developing and qualifying high-quality pipelines of physicians (MD/DO) and advanced practice providers (NP, PA, CRNA, CNM, etc.) for both locum tenens and permanent positions. Your role is crucial in ensuring a swift and compliant candidate flow to recruiters, optimizing response rates, and reducing the time-to-submit and time-to-fill metrics.

Remote (South Africa). Flexibility to engage candidates across time zones; occasional evening/weekend outreach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Building:
• Proactively source MD/DO and APP talent by specialty and state using platforms like LinkedIn, DocCafe, Definitive Healthcare, referrals, social groups, and internal CRM/ATS.
• Develop market maps by specialty, location, and license (e.g., IMLC states) and maintain ready-now talent pools.
