Physician Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced **Physician Recruiter** to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians across assigned geographic regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract, engage, and hire high-quality physicians while meeting established time-to-fill goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced recruiting in complex or hard-to-fill environments. This is a fully remote position.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians, including Medical Directors, Staff Physicians, Psychiatrists, and Psychologists.
+ Source and generate physician candidates through direct outreach, advertising, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, and specialty conferences.
+ Conduct thorough pre-screening and behavioral-based interviews to assess clinical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
