Physician / Psychiatry / Massachusetts / Permanent / Psychiatric Medical Director Job

A multi-site hospital system near Boston seeks a Chief of Psychiatry to oversee and provide leadership to all Psychiatric Services, including inpatient, outpatient, C/L, and emergency services. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful leadership and supervision of physicians, and other administrative duties, including Joint Commission audits. This role will include some clinical hours. This hospital system is affiliated with major medical schools in the Boston area and its locations serve as teaching hospitals for medical students, Residents, and Fellows from multiple specialties. The successful candidate will hold (or be eligible for) a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Medical License. Exceptional compensation package with comprehensive benefits.
