Flexible scheduling is an option; the facility has tele-psych in place and needs a psychiatrist on the ground for coverage. Contracted employee that includes a generous stipend to offset insurance cost for health care cost etc  General or child psychiatrist, and in an all outpatient setting. Hospital takes care of all marketing, scheduling, and collections. The position also offers a $25k sign on and $20k moving
