**Practice Specifics:**

+ Join an existing busy practice with three excellent partners, three Advanced Practice Providers, three Audiologists and a full time Allergy Nurse
+ Excellent referrals from more than 20 regional centers.
+ Anticipated schedule at clinic location: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday with anticipated office patients around 22-27 per day. Call 1:5
+ Dedicated block operating room time each week: Surgeries average 40 per physician per month
+ Average inpatient practice volume per week approximately 0-3/week
+ Trauma call is an option
