**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**
Optometry

**PRACTICE SPECIFICS**
+ Mature, diverse, and collegial practice with department of 5 Optometrists and 6 Ophthalmologists, including sub-specialists in Cornea, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, and Retina.
+ Access to LipiFlow, OCT, LASIK/PRK onsite in a state-of-the-art facility
+ Outreach to Essentia Health-Virginia
+ Medical facility-based optometry practice
+ Monday-Friday day hours
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Licensed in MN & WI
+ Residency or equivalent experience required
**LOCATION**
+ Duluth, MN – a harbor city which is located at the westernmost tip of beautiful Lake Superior.
+ 150 miles north of the metropolitan Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul
