Ascension Medical Group; Forest Park in Kokomo, IN is looking for a FULL TIME OBGYN to join our OB team. Kokomo is a rural community, located about 1 hour North of Indianapolis and in recent years, was named the #1 most affordable small city in America. Kokomo is also home to the first commercially built automobile! OB Position Highlights:

• We support most of the OB needs for Kokomo and the surrounding area.
• We are averaging 60-80 births per month.
• We currently have 3 physicians, 2 full time laborists, 2 CNM and 5 NPs, and 3 sonographers.
• Physician will share the call with the 3 other physicians and 2 laborists.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation certification) is required for our location

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with case management.
