                Specialty: Primary Care/Geriatrics 
Can take ABIM or ABFM 
 
Coverage Needs: Need ASAP- Ongoing 
3 month minimum commitment requested 
Open to Locums to Perm 
 
Shifts: Monday - Friday 
Can be flexible on hours 
Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week 
 
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility 
100% Senior Care 
Ages 65+ 
Medicare Advantage experience is preferred 
 
Census: 12-18 pts per day 
 
Support Staff: Full support staff
